Typically Profound Development Group retains Contract Engineers and other resources on an annual contract basis. Since most projects are for a 12 month period, resources are either offered the opportunity to extend their current project assignment, move to a new client project, or in some instances are offered full time employment with clients.

His work has resulted in numerous industry awards, he holds a number of US and Global patents, and holds Bachelors degrees in Packaging Engineering and Industrial Design from Michigan State University and a MBA degree from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He leverages this extensive experience to benefit all of his team members and clients.
Degree Packaging Engineers with some medical packaging (device or drug) are frequently sought for a growing number of locations. Engineers will typically develop, test, and validate packaging for new products or improve designs of existing products. Projects often include remediation of entire product line packaging to bring into compliance to industry standards, such as ISO-11607. Engineers with a passion to learn, work in a client team environment. but have an entrepreneurial spirit are especially sought.
Degree Packaging or Mechanical or Biomedical Engineers with validation experience and especially packaging equipment experience are frequently sought for new equipment installations (IQ) and process validations (OQPQ) to industry standards such as ISO-11607. Projects range from a single new packaging machine, complete line transfers or an entire plant transfer. Engineers with a curiosity to question machine functions and how to improve the monitoring and control of them are especially sought as are engineers with good interpersonal and data record keeping/documentation skills
