Profound Development Group's resource needs are continually growing and evolving as new clients and projects are added. Typical resources include Package Development Engineers, Quality Engineers, Process Validation Engineers, Package Test Technicians, Project Managers, and Labeling Specialists.

You typically are assigned to challenging projects requiring higher levels of medical packaging expertise but often projects require a number of engineers at varying levels to provide a client with a team-approach to solve issues. By pairing junior to mid-level engineers with senior/principal level consultants, large scale projects can be completed while providing appropriate technical level oversight, mentoring and coaching to our team members as well as client provided resources.
Typically Profound Development Group retains Contract Engineers and other resources on an annual contract basis. Since most projects are for a 12 month period, resources are either offered the opportunity to extend their current project assignment, move to a new client project, or in some instances are offered full time employment with clients.
Executive profile – Mark Leuenberger, President and Sr. Principal Consultant is a leading medical packaging expert with 35+ years of experience with major medical device companies including Steris, Baxter Healthcare, Johnson & Johnson, Terumo, Zimmer Biomet and numerous start-ups. His work has resulted in numerous industry awards, he holds a number of US and Global patents, and holds Bachelors degrees in Packaging Engineering and Industrial Design from Michigan State University and a MBA degree from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He leverages this extensive experience to benefit all of his team members and clients.
